DEVELOPMENT OF “POSPRIMA” ELECTRONIC-BASED POSYANDU PRIMA DOCUMENTATION APPLICATION

Along with advances in information technology, digital transformation in the health sector has become crucial to improve the efficiency and accuracy of Posyandu reporting. Therefore, an electronic-based system is needed to simplify the process of recording and reporting Posyandu health data. Documentation of Posyandu Prima activities still uses several applications that are cumbersome for officers and cadres. The transformation of Posyandu Prima provides comprehensive health services, which are more accessible and closer to the community. The POSPRIMA application aims to develop an electronic-based Posyandu Prima documentation form that is connected to the database of related agencies and examination results. This study uses a modified Borg & Gall development model. This electronic-based Posyandu adolescent documentation was created based on an analysis of user needs for an application that can integrate all Posyandu Prima service documentation, followed by prototyping, evaluation, and coding. This application is web-based to facilitate user operation. Validation has been carried out by experts in the fields of Health Communication, Health Promotion and Literacy, Digital Media Technology, and Health Promotion Practices with the assessment results high feasibility to very high feasibility by all validator groups. The apps are then rated by users in categories high feasibility. The application needs to be enhanced with animated images or videos to support the data to make it more engaging. Revisions to the electronic-based Posyandu Prima documentation have been made.
